This vintage Sisler Insurance Coggon, Iowa purse mirror is sometimes called a Secretary mirror.(Secretaries had them on their desk and could see their reflection in the mirror to check their appearance when a customer walked in). This one is in very good condition for it's age. Measures 3 by 4 inches. Phone numbers are only 4 digit so it is probably 40's or 50's. Vintage picture says When Winter Comes. See photos.
